NPD Global, a NYC Based Staffing and Recruiting Firm and Its Mentorship Program Partnership with Upwardly Global

New York, NY, March 17, 2012 --(PR.com)-- NPD Global is proud to announce its partnership with Upwardly Global- a non-profit organization with its primary goal to prepare educated and skilled immigrants for new careers in the US. NPD Global's Executive Vice-President Michelle Furyaka along with NPD Global's staff team will mentor individuals on a case by case basis and prepare them to successfully navigate the U.S. job search, and eventually get an appropriate job.

Currently, the mentee NPD Global is working with has a Degree in Clinical Psychology and has done some recruiting for the Chamber of Commerce in her home city. In the next few months, NPD Global will be mentoring the mentee on how to approach a job search, build a network and preparation for interviews. NPD Global is very proud to be able to share its expertise with people who need it most. Not only does NPD Global's staff find candidates jobs in the best organizations in New York City but they also get to participate in a charitable cause that facilitates the lives of newcomers and helps them realize the American dream.
