Belcan Corporation Raises Over $100K to Help Local Organizations

Cincinnati, OH, November 01, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Belcan Corporation, headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, proudly raised over $100,000 in its 2011 United Way Campaign, exceeding its 2010 fundraising total by $8,000. The funds will benefit United Way of Greater Cincinnati in its mission to support a variety of local organizations that help create stronger communities. Together with other local businesses, Belcan helped UWGC raise almost $61 million this fundraising cycle.

Over 130 Cincinnati-based Belcan employees participated in the fundraising effort, which included a golf outing, a recycling event, a Penny War between Belcan’s three corporate office buildings in Cincinnati and much more. Belcan partnered with PNC Bank, Keating Muetihng & Klekamp, Warman & Lowe, ADP, and OC Tanner to provide raffle prizes.
