Recruit with ZEAL is recruiting business, healthcare, management, sales and recruitment professionals interested in managing a team of healthcare recruiters. Complete training provided, starting with March 24-25 immersion training.

Chesterfield, MO, March 20, 2012 --( Recruit with ZEAL is searching for individuals with business backgrounds who are interested in building healthcare recruiting businesses where they manage a team of independent Recruiters, trained by Recruit with ZEAL.

Recruit with ZEAL Owners should be able to manage a group of healthcare recruiters who work remotely and that ZEAL recruits and trains for them. The Recruit with ZEAL Owner provides their healthcare recruiters with candidate and client leads, online marketing support and sales assistance to stay on course in making medical and healthcare placements.

On every healthcare recruiting placement made, the Recruit with ZEAL Owner retains 50% of the recruiting fee (the recruiter keeps 40% and Recruit with ZEAL makes 10%). That also means that on the typical $20,000 healthcare recruiting placement, the Owner makes $10,000.

Recruit with ZEAL currently has more “Recruiters” than can be accommodated with the current population of Recruit with ZEAL Owners. Recruit with ZEAL has created an incentive to attract new Owners.

ZEAL Owners who sign up and participate in Recruit with ZEAL Owner training March 24-25th will receive some unique benefits:

Immediate team of ten healthcare recruiters to manage
Candidate and client leads provided by Recruit with ZEAL for first three months
Ability to “shadow” a ZEAL Owner with minimum of $200,000 annual revenue
