With the recent announcement of several trial sites for Clare’s Law, which will allow police to disclose an individual’s previous convictions to their partners, tackling domestic abuse is firmly in the spotlight. Capita’s 13th Domestic Violence Conference offers all those involved with victims and their families an update on the latest policy developments, including Domestic Violence Protection Orders and Domestic Abuse Disclosure Schemes.

Hear from Women’s Aid, Home Office, ACPO and DH on the importance of multi-agency working, early intervention, recognising and reducing honour-based violence and safeguarding children affected by domestic violence.
