With the Lead Management Software, Team Tech Solutions' clients can manage their leads from the first contact to the close of a loan. The Lead Management Software, or Comprehensive Call Management Solution, allows tracking of the entire sales process from the initial contact to funding. In an ever-evolving and complex marketplace, managing the sales process is a critical success factor in the consistent achievement of revenue goals. If a procedure for managing this process is not in place, the results can include customer discontinuity and discontent. Within Team Tech Solutions’ customized CRM technology framework, clients can incorporate detailed sales processes used to sell a product or service to a specific market segment.

The site not only provides their clients with access to Lead Management Software but also describes Team Tech Solutions' unique Double-Verification Process. Consumers either submit a form online expressing interest in a product or service, or express interest to a teleservice agent.

TTS’s Call Center Agents then contact the consumer, confirm their interest, and qualify the consumer’s interest. TTS only transfers consumers that match a client’s specific criteria.

The consumer then consents to be transferred to a sales professional. All calls are recorded to ensure genuine interest and consent. Upon Double-Verification, their Call Center Agent puts the consumer on hold and dials the client's phone number. When the Call Center Agent reaches a Sales Professionals, the Call Center Agent provides the name of the consumer, basic information pertinent to the Salesperson, and a Customer ID number. This ID number is used to look up the data associated with the consumer through TTS’s client extranet using a standard web browser.
