Colliers Hellas Announces one of the Largest Office Sales in Recent Greek Real Estate History

Helex B building on new Athens Stock Exchange complex sold for 47.096 million euros, say the international property consultants

Athens, Greece, May 26, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Colliers International Hellas has announced one of the largest office sales in Greek real estate history. Helex Building B on the new Athens Stock Exchange complex has been sold by Babis Vovos (or BVIC) to the German fund investor KanAm Grund for 47.096 million euros with Colliers International Hellas acting as the exclusive agents for BVIC.

The sale represents 12,224 m² in total and 243 parking spaces. The building is part of a three building complex under construction on Athinon Avenue by BVIC on 8,000 m² of land owned by the Hellenic Exchanges SA, Helex. BVIC was awarded the development in September 2005 by Helex to construct a new 6,700 m² headquarters for Helex, as well as two other buildings at the complex that became ownership of BVIC, a second office block of 12,224 m² and a smaller one of 5,000 m² that has already been sold to the German insurance group Allianz.

Helex Building B will be delivered to KanAm Grund on 31st October 2007.
