In this position, Agsten will manage the distribution of incoming calls for the Castleton Group to ensure quality customer service and monitor customer inquiries for timely and professional responses. Agsten holds a bachelor of science degree in social work from Barton College in Wilson, North Carolina. A native of Kinston, N.C., Agsten resides in Raleigh.
