CASE Commercial Real Estate Partners Welcomes Jim Eagle to Lead Acquisition and Development Services

Dallas, TX, April 13, 2012 --(PR.com)-- CASE Commercial Real Estate Partners (CASE) today announced that Jim Eagle, a commercial real estate executive with over 33 years of experience, has joined the Company as principal and managing director of acquisition and development services. Eagle will be responsible for integrating these service lines to provide comprehensive solutions to clients in Texas and nationwide.

Prior to joining CASE, Eagle served as President of Red Oak Realty, LLC where he was responsible for the development of local and national business account acquisitions, development projects, property management, project leasing, sales and tenant representation assignments. In addition, Eagle was a partner in an investment group that acquired, financed and developed over $100 million in commercial assets over the last 10 years.
