Senior Consultant to Diversified Search Receives 2012 Honor

- Fraser co-authored “Do Your Giving While you are Living,” a bestseller on philanthropy, along with Robyn Spizman. She also produced an earlier book on women’s entrepreneurship called “Risk to Riches in America.” Fraser started her career as a desk officer for Malawi at the Peace Corps, and served on the board of Big Brothers for 27 years.

- Prior to joining Diversified, Fraser was founder and CEO of Diversity Best Practices and Business Women’s Network. She created the CEO Diversity Awards and was publisher of the CEO Magazine, The Diversity Primer and The Diversity Officer. In addition, Fraser founded Best Practices in Corporate Communications (BPCC) and is former president of a PR agency.

- Fraser’s recent February 2012 honor was the Vishalakshi Award conferred at the 5th International Association for Human Values Women's Conference on Women and Technology in Bangalore, India, with more than 5,000 women attending from across the globe. The award is sponsored by the Art of Living Foundation, one of the largest volunteer-based NGOs present in 151 countries.

- Fraser sits on numerous boards and advisory boards, including the advisory board of Enterprising Women Magazine. She has been inducted into the Enterprising Women Hall of Fame.

- Fraser is a founder and member of the Committee of 200. She won the highest award possible in the field of communications, the Silver Anvil, for a specialized international campaign on United States and Japan communications and trade promotion.
