NeuroHealth Welcomes Neurologist Susan Anderson, M.D. to Its Clinical Team

Troy, MI, June 01, 2007 --(PR.com)-- NeuroHealth today announced that Susan Anderson, M.D., has joined its team of health care providers. Dr. Anderson is a licensed neurologist who specializes in testing, assessment and treatment of ADHD, traumatic brain injury and related conditions. She has extensive experience in the area of qEEG, a type of computerized brain mapping, and other diagnostic measures and medical procedures. Dr. Anderson completed a one-year fellowship in sleep medicine and neurophysiology, a three-year residency in neurology, and a one-year internship in family medicine after obtaining her medical degree from Wayne State University Medical School in Detroit. Dr. Anderson is a registered nurse, advanced EMT/paramedic, and prolific speaker and educator. Prior to joining NeuroHealth, Dr. Anderson operated her own neurology and sleep disorders practice, directed two sleep centers specializing in pediatrics, created neuro-cognitive and neuro-diagnostic testing programs, and implemented highly effective rehabilitation treatment programs. Currently, she is on the Advisory Board for Lexicor Medical Technologies for whom she also provides qEEG interpretation services. Dr. Anderson also works with the Corwin Group’s Sports Specialty Concussion Clinic and is on several Speakers’ Bureaus lecturing to groups in neurology, psychiatry, education and the general public.
