Madison, WI, April 18, 2012 --(PR.com
)-- Cresa Madison recently represented Echometrix for their Madison relocation, executing the transaction in less than 30 days. The move will enhance Echometrix’s ability to continue the development and distribution of their groundbreaking EchoSoft™ ultrasound image processing software for musculoskeletal applications.
Contracted in March 2012, Cresa Madison was engaged to secure, negotiate and facilitate the Echometrix relocation under challenging time constraints.
“Cresa Madison delivered valuable expertise and efficiency in our search for new space,” stated Sam Adams, Chief Executive Officer at Echometrix. “We are growing quickly and had a very tight timeline to follow, and Cresa managed each part of the process with a strong market knowledge and eye for detail.”
“It’s not uncommon for commercial tenants to require a relocation or renegotiation under difficult – or unanticipated – time restrictions, but many feel they can’t do anything with a short timeline,” said TJ Blitz, managing principal at Cresa Madison. “However, is absolutely possible to find a solution despite time limitations. At Cresa, we are completely prepared to handle quick requirements, offering the same breadth of service as with more typical transaction timing.”
The Madison commercial tenant advisory firm provided counsel during the lease negotiation, including the initial market survey, site selection, request-for-proposal process, location analysis, and strategic counsel.
Cresa is Wisconsin’s largest commercial real estate advisory firm that exclusively represents tenants and specializes in the delivery of fully integrated real estate services, including: transaction management, relocation planning and management, strategic planning, site selection and incentives, subleases and dispositions, lease administration, facilities consulting and facility acquisition.
