)-- Aloetrade America LLC, - a Miami, Fl. based company involved mainly into the aloe vera business, has recently completed a technology transfer for a new aloe processing plant located in Argentina.
Aloetrade America LLC made a transfer of technology through Aloetrade Latin America SA and Aloetrade Argentina. Such technology is related to the whole process to manufacture aloe juice, including the design of factory layout, design of machinery and equipment for aloe processing, the transfer of know how to process and stabilize aloe juice, the formulation and development of several aloe products and the assistance to build the infrastructure until the project was completed.
The technology package was provided through Aloetrade Latin America SA and Aloetrade Argentina. The final recipient was the Cooperative of Aloe Producers COORPAVAL in Villa Angela, Chaco, Argentina. This new aloe factory will process several aloe varieties, but basically the aloe vera (Aloe barbadensis miller), aloe chinensis, aloe arborescens and aloe saponaria varieties, to obtain raw materials and finished aloe products, most of them under Aloetrade guidance and control.
The factory was inaugurated on the last weekend of March 2012 by Mr. Jorge Capitanich, the Governor of the Province of Chaco, Argentina. The aloe processing factory was built and financed with national and state financial assistance and loans.
Aloetrade will manufacture several products in this small aloe factory in Argentina, since all the harvesting and manufacturing process is under its control through Aloetrade Argentina.
