Feldman Shepherd Trial Lawyers Present Creative Lawyering Program in Partnership with The Legal Intelligencer

Philadelphia Personal Injury Attorneys Serve as Faculty at CLE Program “Creative Lawyering from Investigation to Verdict: Part 2”

Philadelphia, PA, April 26, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Various Philadelphia personal injury lawyers from the law firm of Feldman Shepherd Wohlgelernter Tanner Weinstock & Dodig LLP presented a free continuing legal education (CLE) program in conjunction with The Legal Intelligencer on March 22, 2012. The sold-out program, “Creative Lawyering from Investigation to Verdict: Part 2,” encompassed topics such as developing creative theories to maximize recoveries, outthinking your opponent and innovative ways of adding value to cases.

More than 125 Pennsylvania attorneys attended the CLE, at which Feldman Shepherd trial lawyers Carol Nelson Shepherd, Alan M. Feldman, Ezra Wohlgelernter, Mark W. Tanner, Daniel S. Weinstock, John M. Dodig, Roberta D. Pichini, Daniel J. Mann, Peter M. Newman, Jason A. Daria, Thomas Martin and Patricia M. Giordano served as faculty. The attorneys covered in detail such specific topics as using OB audit trails to establish culpability and uncovering record alterations, strategic considerations when handling a dryer fire case, the discoverability of limited-access social media sites in personal injury cases, developing theories and pursuing discovery in catastrophic workplace cases, never settling for mediocrity – using the defendant's shield as the plaintiff's sword and busting through pain and suffering caps, litigating police brutality claims and how product testing can prove or disprove your case. The program closed with an open-forum question and answer session.
