CASE Commercial Real Estate Partners Earns BOMA 360 Designation for Signature Place I & II in Recognition of Excellence in Building Management

Dallas, TX, April 26, 2012 --(PR.com)-- CASE Commercial Real Estate Partners (CASE), a privately-owned commercial real estate firm, has earned a BOMA 360 designation for Signature Place I & II, an office complex comprised of two Class “A” buildings totaling 437,363 RSF in Dallas, by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International. Signature Place I & II is located near Preston and Beltline at 14755-14785 Preston Road in Dallas. The BOMA 360 designation validates and recognizes commercial properties that demonstrate best practices in building operations and management.

Leading the BOMA 360 initiative for Signature Place was CASE’s Lisa Donovan, Senior Director of Property Management; Gabby Garcia, Assistant Property Manager; and Sarah Mainord, Tenant Services Representative; on behalf of its owner, CRT Signature Place LP.
