Raleigh, NC, June 08, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Jay McLamb, chief operating officer of The Castleton Group, a full-service professional employer organization specializing in human resources outsourcing, has announced that Robin Rice has joined the firm as a human resources professional. In this position, Rice is responsible for being the day-to-day contact for employee inquiries regarding Castleton services as well as working to implement programs and solutions for businesses, including employee handbooks, job descriptions, new hire orientations and training seminars. Prior to joining the firm, Rice was employed at Merck & Co., Inc. Rice graduated from Michigan State University in 2005 and earned her master’s degree in labor relations and human resources.
