Lawrence Lee Joins Fisher & Phillips as Partner

Lawrence Lee has joined the Denver office of national labor & employment law firm, Fisher & Phillips, as partner.

Denver, CO, June 17, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Fisher & Phillips LLP announced that Lawrence Lee has joined the national labor and employment law firm as a partner in its Denver office.

Lee’s practice focuses on employment litigation, counseling, and defending clients against claims of discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination and harassment, as well as breach of contract claims made by terminated executives or managers.

He advises clients on personnel issues, compliance, terminations and disciplinary actions. He also develops employment policies, employee handbooks, employment agreements and covenants for corporate clients. Lee has successfully tried employment lawsuits before juries, judges and arbitrators.

Lee was previously with Gordon & Rees LLP. Prior to that, he was with the Denver office of Baker Hostetler where he successfully tried employment cases for firm clients. He has also served as a senior attorney in employment and litigation for the Colorado Attorney General’s Office, Adams County and the Arvada City Attorney’s offices. In those capacities, Lee specialized in defending employment discrimination lawsuits at trial or through summary judgment and provided advice on a wide variety of employment matters. He has provided training on anti-discrimination and anti-harassment practices and policies, statutory compliance and E-Discovery procedures.
