Though the firm has been operating for over 4 years now, it seemed fitting to celebrate yet another step towards constant progression; a larger location that corresponds with a larger roster. Realty World®-Real Estate Center has bloomed to one of the largest and productive local firms in Miami-Dade County. It is now a brokerage firm that nearly 200 real estate agents claim licensure to.

Progression seems to be an appropriate word for the direction of the company. And Progression was indeed felt in the atmosphere of the celebration; agents and staff were merry with drinks and filled with the culinary treasure that is rich Spanish Paella. Those in attendance socialized as they were enchanted by the sweet, crooning vocals of the singer, whose repotoire stretched from romantic ballads to classical Neapolitan songs. Pablo Alvarez, the proud broker-owner of Realty World REC and RealtyWorld Doral Center respectively, was in good spirits as he delivered a speech to address the exponential growth of the firm in the last couple of years.

The growth was capped by the relocation of his Kendall branch from its original location to a more sizeable, convenient one just a few blocks North (10950 N. Kendall Drive).

Together with his partners, brother Alejandro Alvarez (Director of Finance) and Pedro Barceló (Consultant), Alvarez has successfully established a promising and productive Real Estate firm. If its initial success is an indicator of things to come, then Realty World-Real Estate Center seems to be on an unprecedented path of excellence.
