About The Art of Touch

The Art of Touch is a one-of-a-kind massage and bodywork establishment offering integrated therapeutic touch and neuromuscular treatments customized to assist each client in their pursuit of wellness.

Owners Alicia Orbea, Cassandra Haggert, and Lynn Ellen Gaffin graduated with excellence from The Humanities Center in Pinellas Park, where Lynn Ellen currently serves as Director of Education, and are certified in neuromuscular therapies, including deep tissue, myofascial and positional release, trigger point, and muscle energy technique.

Regular massage, especially deep tissue, can have the effect of strengthening and toning the entire body. This helps improve structural weakness and prevent unnecessary injuries that might otherwise occur due to excess tension.

Signature treatments include Four Handed Hot Stone massage and Thai herbal compress massage. Both treatments induce deep relaxation, relieve stress and fatigue, boost emotional and physical well-being, assist alignment and postural integrity of the body, improve circulation of blood and lymph and stimulate the internal organs.

Additional services include salt and sugar scrubs, paraffin dips, Bio-mat sessions, couples massage, corporate and in-home massage.

The Art of Touch has six treatment rooms and plans to employ nearly 20 massage therapists and staff.

Appointments are available 7 days a week, by appointment only. For more information, please call 727.593.3600 or visit http://www.the-art-of-touch.com.
