Wilson, NC, June 30, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Butterfly is pleased to announce the sponsorship of the 2012 LA Open Butterfly Table Tennis Tournament, scheduled for September 1-2, 2012 at the Arcadia Badminton Club in Arcadia, CA.

The LA Open is a 4-star, USATT Sanctioned table tennis tournament organized by the Grace Lin Table Tennis Club and Gao Jun Table Tennis Club.

Events in the $36,000 total prize tournament include Open Singles RR, Women’s Singles, Open Doubles single elimination, Under 4200 Doubles single elimination, Under 2500 RR, Under 2250 RR, Under 2050 RR, Under 1900 RR, Under 1750 RR, Under 1550 RR, Under 1350 RR, Under 18 RR, and Over 40 RR. All matches will be best of 5 games to 11, except Open Singles quarter through to the final, and Women’s Singles Final, which will be best of 7 games.
