My Private Chef Shares a Summer Recipe at Chicago's Green City Market

Chicago, IL, July 06, 2012 --( Executive Chef Christopher Tong of the upscale Chicago-based private gourmet dining service, My Private Chef, has been invited to present a cooking demonstration featuring local seasonal ingredients at the Chicago Green City Market. The cooking demonstration will take place this Saturday, July 21 at 10:30 am at the south end of Lincoln Park between Clark and Stockton Drive (approximately 1750 N. Clark).

Chef Christopher Tong, one of Chicagoland’s most versatile Chefs, will share his culinary expertise as he presents a cooking demonstration featuring locally produced seasonal ingredients offered by the Green City Market. You will learn how to prepare Chef Tong’s delicious recipe, and, of course, be able to taste it on the spot.

This is Chicago’s only year round farmers’ market promoting local, sustainable farmers, producers and chefs by connecting them to the public through educational programming and special events.
