CAI Will Host Free Professional Development Seminar Demos in 2012 Training Showcase

Human Resource Management Firm Offers One-Day, Complimentary Training Preview

Raleigh, NC, July 07, 2012 --( Bruce Clarke, president and CEO of CAI (, a human resource management firm that helps organizations maximize employee engagement while minimizing employer liability, announced the company will host the 2012 Training Showcase, a one-day, complimentary training preview, including 45-minute segments of The Management Advantage™ and additional professional development programs, on Friday, July 20 from 8 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. at CAI’s Raleigh office, located at 2900 Highwoods Blvd. Participants will learn how to increase the effectiveness of their supervisors, managers and company decision makers, as well as acquire the tools needed to develop and enhance efficiency and productivity among staff. The showcase will incorporate the following sessions: Fundamentals of Management Certification Program, Customer Service Excellence Certification Program, Team Leader Certification Program, Leveraging Your Emotional Intelligence, What Every Manager Needs to Know About Progressive Discipline and Terminations, Stepping Up to Supervisions Certification Program, Communication and Conflict Resolution, Leadership Essentials Certification Program, Newly Appointed Supervisor Certification Program and Essentials of Effective Negotiating.

The seminar is free and open to the public, and guests can attend for the whole day or a few hours. All are invited to attend, particularly professionals with HR, training or leadership development responsibilities within an organization, as well as anyone interested in furthering their career through professional training.
