The Contract with New Smyrna Beach, Florida to Deliver Quality Services

N-Viro International enters into a new contract in Florida as part of an overall strategy to incease market share and add to the bottom line.

Toledo, OH, July 13, 2012 --(PR.com)-- N-Viro International Corporation (NVIC:OTCQB) enters into a new contract secured by a competitive bid process between the Utilities Commission of the City of New Smyrna Beach, Florida and Florida N-Viro LP, a wholly owned subsidiary of N-Viro International Corporation.

The Company agrees to provide a complete service package including: dewatering, logistics, treatment and final distribution of N-Viro Soil, a Florida Class AA quality fertilizer registered in the state of Florida by the Florida Department of Agriculture. The contract provides for a total four year term inclusive of the initial term and renewals.
