Located just off Drew Street at 113 Betty Lane, Country Club Townhomes is a luxury townhome community focused on providing first-time home ownership that is truly affordable. “Home ownership is very important for our community,” says Frank Bowman, Housing Development Manager for Pinellas County Community Development and the Housing Finance Authority of Pinellas County, “it creates a sense of responsibility, financial stability and neighborhood pride.”

Country Club Townhomes aims to provide a brand new, beautiful home and safe community for families that are looking to own for the first time. “We are trying to keep mortgages manageable for the household," says Geraldine Lopez, Economic Development and Housing Director for the City of Clearwater, "Although sales prices will start at $142,000 per unit, the City can provide assistance to those that qualify. We want everyone who'd like to own their own home to be able to do that and have a home that is dependable, safe and convenient."

Country Club Townhomes consist of 31 homes, each with three bedrooms, two baths and a two-car garage and many upgrades such as granite counters. They range in size from 1300 to 1436 square feet and include energy efficient features such as low energy appliances, metal roofs, windows and water heaters. The community will also feature a community pavilion with a pool, playground and other resident amenities.

Country Club Townhomes has just completed its first phase of construction this week and will be built in additional seven phases.
