About Eric Tunis

Eric Tunis is a Litigation Department Partner at Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis and Member of the White Collar Defense Practice Group. His practice focuses on white collar criminal and civil litigation, criminal and internal investigations, and appellate work, with a concentration in securities, commercial and employment law. As a federal prosecutor, he has conducted many public corruption investigations and tried several notable defendants, including the mayor of a major NJ city and the executive director of an urban housing authority. As a criminal defense attorney, he has represented many public officials and corporate executives at trial and in connection with official investigations. He has argued before the Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the NJ Supreme Court and has served as a court-appointed Trustee in a number of civil cases brought by federal agencies. He previously served as Assistant U.S. Attorney, Newark, NJ, (1985-1995) and Deputy Chief, Fraud and Public Protection Division, U.S. Attorney's Office, Newark, NJ, (1992-1995).
