)-- Golden Gates Housing Trust (GGHT) had experienced a number of issues throughout its network that resulted in a slow and unreliable connection for its 310 system users. In order to combat this, GGHT chose ISG technology, the networking and IT specialist, to upgrade and enhance the dated network infrastructure, limited port capacity and optimisation of multiple telecommunication providers and the multiple Internet gateway.
ISG technology carried out an extensive server analysis and network monitoring to provide consultation regarding an effective long term solution, which incorporated as much of the existing installation and available equipment as possible. GGHT required a system upgrade that would not impact the work day or disrupt service to their customers. ISG technology was selected due to their extensive experience in server analysis and network monitoring and the opportunity to complete the project over a single weekend.
The project began by analysing the existing installation, identifying the networking problems, followed by the execution of the network and server upgrade. ISG technology thoroughly tested the servers’ connectivity, all applications, phones, Internet and remote user connectivity.

The project was completed successfully and GGHT signed a new three-year contract with ISG technology to provide 24x7x365 network monitoring and support. This is expected to be a continuous relationship between both companies.
