Colleges and Universities recognize that a quality Business School education must be combined with exposure to how business works beyond the classroom. A Mentor Program provides an opportunity for students to be paired with successful leaders from the business community in order to provide that essential link between the classroom and business reality. Students and mentors both benefit from participation.

During projects where the students develop business plans or projects, there are many times when each of these students will need to talk to someone who has been there before and knows how businesses really operate. The mentor guides the students by questioning their ideas and challenging them to find creative solutions to make their projects or plans the most comprehensive as possible.
