About Nicola King
Dr. Nicola King is currently associated with the University of New England School of Science and Technology. She attained her Ph.D. in Physiology at the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne. Once she received her Ph.D., Dr. King was associated with the Bristol Heart Institute. She has been awarded prestigious fellowships from the British Heart Foundation. Her expertise is in Cardiovascular Physiology and is a lecturer in her field. Dr. King also held a lecturing position with the Universiti Brunei Darussalem. The School of Science and Technology specializes in Physics, Chemistry, Human Biology and Physiology, Molecular and Cellular Biology to name a few. Dr. King and the entire faculty have teaching, research and consulting capabilities. She is a member of the British Society for Cardiovascular Research, the Physiology Society and was the Executive Board Member of the British Society for Cardiovascular Research. In her spare time, she enjoys field hockey, classical music and opera.
