New Innovative Housing for Mississippi State University Students

Mississippi State University students have lifestyle options with the new off-campus student housing development known as “Twenty-One Apartments”. Located within walking distance of campus, this 240 unit complex will house 828 Mississippi State University students.

Starkville, MS, November 22, 2005 --(PR.com)-- Mississippi State University students have lifestyle options with the new off-campus student housing development known as “Twenty-One Apartments”. Located within walking distance of campus, this 240 unit complex will house 828 Mississippi State University students.

Each bedroom is leased on an individual basis, eliminating the individual liability surrounding group or shared leasing. “Twenty-One will provide all the best attributes of an on-campus experience, such as a strong sense of community, and yet will have all the great features and amenities of apartment living” says Michael Hanley, Vice President of Campus Advantage, Inc.

Twenty-One is built into the environment, leaving the natural landscaping and trees to enhance the total living experience and to preserve the surrounding community’s beauty.

The community offers an amazing amenities package including: a game room, extra large fitness center, a student computer center, club room with media center, and a large resort style pool and sundeck. The grand opening for Twenty-One will be in August 2006, with some units available prior to 8/2006.
