Denver, CO, August 04, 2012 --(PR.com
)-- Denver home buyers have the opportunity to view some of the latest new home designs from Taylor Morrison during the Denver 2012 Parade of Homes, taking place throughout the Denver metropolitan area from August 9 to September 3.
Two Taylor Morrison Denver communities in Arvada are part of the annual home tour, with the homebuilder's popular Platte floor plan at Whisper Creek and Sterling floor plan at The Lakes at Westwood featured on the tour.
The 2012 Denver Parade of Homes showcases 72 homes throughout the Denver area. All homes are fully furnished, decorated and landscaped. The Parade of Homes runs Thursday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. through Labor Day The event is free to the public.
There's also an additional incentive to tour both communities since Denver home buyers have the chance to save thousands with Taylor Morrison Denver’s “Make This Your Moment” event, which offers 50 percent off the homebuilder’s most popular floor plan options through September 30.
Options such as a three-car garage, an enhanced elevation or gourmet kitchen can be included for 50 percent off their regular price. To be eligible, Denver home buyers must purchase their new home before September 30 and the 50 percent discount offer is only good on new build construction. Taylor Morrison salespeople can explain all terms and restrictions.
For immediate move-in buyers, Taylor Morrison is offering free air conditioner units and rear-yard landscaping on all inventory homes in the Denver area except for the company’s Lakes at Westwoods community, where the offer is good for free air-conditioning units only.
“Personalizing your new home with the options you want most is what makes a house truly a home and now you can add those special touches and only pay half price for them,” said Kip Gilleland, president of Taylor Morrison’s Denver division.
Taylor Morrison has seven new home communities in Denver starting from the $295,000s, including the recently unveiled Wildhorse Ranch in Golden and Lakes at Westwoods in Arvada. Both communities are experiencing success with Denver homebuyers.
Wildhorse Ranch in Golden offers single and two-story new Denver homes for sale that include 3 to 4 bedrooms (with 2 to 2.5 baths) and range from 1,609 to 2,335 square feet. Prices start in the upper $200,000s. The community is located along the front range of the Rocky Mountains and at the base of Table Rock, offering exceptional Colorado views. Nearby are plenty of recreational activities for the whole family at North Table Mountain Park, which includes miles of multi-use trails and an abundance of Colorado open space.
The Lakes at Westwoods offers new Denver homes for sale that include 3 to 5 bedrooms with 2 to 3.5 baths and range from 2,638 to 3,534 square feet. Prices start in the $390,000s. The community includes great views of the Rocky Mountains and is bounded by Broad Lake to the north and Hyatt Lake to the south with plenty of open space surrounding the neighborhood. Retail shopping, restaurants, and a newly remodeled supermarket are also located nearby.
“Denver residents understand that right now is an excellent time to buy a new home," Gilleland said. "Especially if they can find that home in a desirable city like Golden, Arvada, Parker or Broomfield.”
