Two Taylor Morrison Denver communities in Arvada are part of the annual home tour, with the homebuilder's popular Platte floor plan at Whisper Creek and Sterling floor plan at The Lakes at Westwood featured on the tour.
The 2012 Denver Parade of Homes showcases 72 homes throughout the Denver area. All homes are fully furnished, decorated and landscaped. The Parade of Homes runs Thursday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. through Labor Day The event is free to the public.
There's also an additional incentive to tour both communities since Denver home buyers have the chance to save thousands with Taylor Morrison Denver’s “Make This Your Moment” event, which offers 50 percent off the homebuilder’s most popular floor plan options through September 30.
Options such as a three-car garage, an enhanced elevation or gourmet kitchen can be included for 50 percent off their regular price. To be eligible, Denver home buyers must purchase their new home before September 30 and the 50 percent discount offer is only good on new build construction. For immediate move-in buyers, Taylor Morrison is offering free air conditioner units and rear-yard landscaping on all inventory homes in the Denver area except for the company’s Lakes at Westwoods community, where the offer is good for free air-conditioning units only.
