Glenn E. Gromann, Esq. Appointed to College Board of Directors of Strategic Business Institute (“SBI”)

Phillip D. Mrozinski, Executive Director of the Strategic Business Institute (“SBI”) announced today the appointment of Glenn E. Gromann, Esq. to its Board of Directors.

Boca Raton, FL, August 04, 2012 --(PR.com)-- SBI is a qualified 501 (c) (3) organization established in 2002 with a mission further the advancement of social entrepreneurship and ethical business practices through education and the development of personal, professional and social skills. SBI also has also launched a new initiative called the South Florida Environmental Council—South Florida Environmental Defense Fund which seeks to promote environmentally friendly “Smart Growth” Redevelopment and related projects in South Florida.

“Mr. Gromann will be representing Strategic Business Institute at all business functions and assisting with the transition of our college to an accredited distance learning institution,” stated Mrozinski. “I am proud to have the opportunity to work with such a distinguished individual who has offered his talents to helping us take our college to the next level.”

With over thirty years experience in banking and real estate development involving over $7 billion in transactions, Mr. Gromann’s career highlights include serving as in-house counsel for a national bank (now Bank Leumi) from 1999-2002, and as outside SBA Closing Counsel for Prestige Financial Group (now TD Bank) from 1994-1996. He was also a director for United Jersey Bank, N.A. which is now part of Bank of America through the prior Fleet Bank merger.

Gromann served his country as a Major in the United States Army, Judge Advocate Generals Corp. from 1992-2009 and was on active duty with the 3rd Infantry Division (Mech) at Ft. Stewart, Georgia, where he served as trial counsel and legal assistance officer.

Mr. Gromann holds his Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law and a Masters of Law (LL.M., Real Property Development) from the University of Miami School of Law where he graduated at the top of his class. He is a member of the bars in New Jersey, New York, Texas, Michigan, Missouri, Hawaii and District of Columbia.

He is also a Certified Environmental Auditor and a licensed Private Investigator in the State of Florida.

Strategic Business Institute is committed to promoting scholarly research and professional studies in areas valuable to business the environment and society. The school’s distance learning programs are geared to encourage ethical decision making and social responsibility in business through critical thinking, quantitative reasoning and effective communication. Since 2002 SBI has supported the South Florida business community by organizing over 3,000 meetings, classes, seminars and social events, passed over $2 billion dollars of referral business to their students, and helped students develop new businesses, as well as matching up donated items with those in need.
