Furnished Quarters Reaches Nearly 100% Occupancy in Massachusetts Through June/July
New York, NY, August 08, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Furnished Quarters announced today that it reached 100 percent occupancy in its Massachusetts-based properties for several days in July, and hovered near full occupancy throughout June and July.
Furnished Quarters, an independently owned and operated provider of furnished apartment rentals both nationally and globally, increased its total number of units in the United States by 20 percent in 2012, seeing tremendous growth in Massachusetts, as well as in its other markets.
“We attribute much of our growth in Massachusetts to the area’s improved job market, coupled with the fact that limited residential availability has increased demand for furnished apartments,” said Annette Clement, Executive Vice President and General Manager at Furnished Quarters, Massachusetts. “Boston and Cambridge have seen an increase in demand for corporate apartments due to growth in the technology, health care, and financial services sectors.”

Furnished Quarters has increased its inventory by over 30 percent this year and now offers close to 200 apartments in Massachusetts.
