)-- Every other Thursday, Sierra Toyota Scion will host the 2012 All American Concert Series in Lancaster, CA. With help from the City of Lancaster and The BLVD, free concerts will take place throughout the summer while The BLVD’s famous Farmers’ Market is in full swing.
Jim Hawse, President of Sierra Toyota Scion of Lancaster, loves the Summer Concert Series. “Last year’s concert series was a huge success, and we’re delighted to support a well-received community event again in 2012,” he explains.
The unique shops and restaurants along The BLVD makes downtown Lancaster a great spot to relax and hang out with friends and family. The Summer Concert series which will take place every other Thursday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., is just another reason for locals and friends to visit the beautiful area.
Lancaster Mayor R. Rex Parris enjoys the atmosphere the concert series brings to Lancaster every year. He loves that patrons are able to “spend a warm summer night enjoying great music, shopping at the weekly Farmers Market, and feasting on our many downtown delights.”
Concerts that are scheduled for the remainder of the summer include Stacks of 45’s on August 9th, Hollywood Blonde on the 23rd, Tony Molina and Friends on September 6th, The Ghost in the Machine on September 20th and Walking Phoenix on October 4th.
