Kids Wish Network’s 2012 Camaro Dream Giveaway will Help Benefit Several Worthy Children’s Causes

International children’s organization Kids Wish Network is proud to sponsor the 2012 Camaro Dream Giveaway that launched on February 1, 2012, and will run through November 30, 2012. All tax-deductible donations that are received will benefit Kids Wish Network and other worthwhile children’s causes.

Holiday, FL, August 11, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Entrants for the 2012 Camaro Dream Giveaway will have the chance to win both a 1969 Camaro SS/RS 396 Rare Iconic Muscle Car and a 2012 Supercharged Camaro SS/RS plus $35,000 cash for taxes.

Since 1997, Kids Wish Network has worked nonstop to fulfill their mission of infusing hope, creating happy memories, and improving the quality of life for children having experienced life-altering situations. They achieve these goals through a unique range of programs including Wish Granting, Hero of the Month, Holiday of Hope Gift Banks, Kids Wish Network On Tour and their new International Relief Program.

For several years, Kids Wish Network has worked with Dream Giveaways to host a number of successful Corvette Dream Giveaways, which benefitted Kids Wish Network’s Hero of the Month program. The Hero program awards children in the care of facilities throughout the United States and Canada who have faced and overcome traumatic and life altering experiences with extraordinary courage and bravery.

This year, in addition to benefiting the Hero program, Kids Wish Network has chosen both the Austin Hatcher Foundation and Camp Boggy Creek to benefit with a grant from the proceeds of this nationwide drawing.

The Austin Hatcher Foundation for Pediatric Cancer's mission is to erase the effects of pediatric cancer and optimize each child’s quality of life through essential specialized intervention beginning at the time of diagnosis and continuing throughout survivorship. The Foundation provides services to children with cancer, as well as their families, through its cancer care center, Hatch’s House of Hope.

Camp Boggy Creek, a year round medical camp for children ages 7-16 who are suffering from chronic or life-threatening illnesses, was co-founded by actor/philanthropist Paul Newman and General H. Norman Schwarzkopf. Camp Boggy Creek has served over 53,000 children and family members to date.

All participants who wish to make a tax-deductible donation can enter to win both Camaros plus $35,000 cash for taxes.

"We are extremely proud that through the 2012 Camaro Dream Giveaway, we are able to support these worthy organizations," said Kids Wish Network Executive Director, Anna Lanzatella.

The Camaro Dream Giveaway ends November 30, 2012, when one lucky winner will be randomly selected to win both Camaros, plus $35,000 for taxes. For Kids Wish Network, the Austin Hatcher Foundation for Pediatric Cancer, and Camp Boggy Creek, this is sure to be one "supercharged" year.
