London Gold and Commodities Exchange Has Named New Chief Technology Officer
In its effort to maintain and upgrade its trading technology and systems, London Gold and Commodities Exchange, a premier commodity futures and options trading service provider, has announced today the appointment of the new Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Franco Gardner. Mr. Gardner is responsible in developing new trading systems that will provide trading benefits to all types of traders and investors worldwide.

Mr. Franco Gardner has been known for its decades of trading experience in the industry. Mr. Gardner has completed his master’s degree in Information Technology at Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge Massachusetts and currently pursuing his doctorate degree at the same University. He has nearly two decades experience in the Information Technology industry. Most of this experience was devoted in developing and researching trading systems to empower financial engineering, quantitative trading as well as development of platforms and systems for electronic trading. Mr. Gardner has also been recognized for his extensive contributions in the development of most of the latest electronic trading systems today. At present, he is into writing advanced automated trading strategies and developing trading software that will help improve the traders’ profitability.
