CAA – South Coast Offers California Certified Residential Manager Courses

Orange County plays host to rental property management training courses.

Anaheim, CA, August 30, 2012 --(PR.com)-- CAA-South Coast, a division of the California Apartment Association, the nation’s largest statewide trade association representing owners, investors, developers, managers and suppliers of apartment communities, is now offering California Certified Residential Manager (CCRM) courses in Irvine.

The CCRM courses provide excellent overall training specific to the laws and regulations of California. When one completes the CCRM program, they will have the skills necessary to effectively manage rental property.

“Once young professionals pass this course, they will be equipped to professionally manage an apartment complex,” said Judy Legan, Executive Director of CAA-South Coast. “Being trained by the California Apartment Association professionals will equip them with the legal knowledge and practical experience they need to advance in their property management careers.”

The CCRM courses have been approved for Continuing Education Credit (CEC) by the California Department of Real Estate (DRE Sponsor Number 0495), and are taught by top property management professionals.

Beginning September 25, 2012, two classes will be held each Tuesday from 9am – 4:30 pm for 5 weeks, concluding on October 23. Classes will meet at Western National Property Management, 8 Executive Circle, Irvine, CA 92614 (on the corner of Redhill and Main). Pre-registration is required. Cost: Member: $650 for entire series (nine courses); $100 per individual course

Non-member: $900 for entire series (nine courses); $150 per individual course
