Luxury Home Marketing Group Note Uptick in Sales of Raleigh Elite Homes in August

Raleigh, NC, September 11, 2012 --(PR.com)-- August marked an increase in home sales in the elite sector of the Triangle-marketplace. Members of the Raleigh-based Luxury Home Marketing Group discussed the impact of the upturn during their monthly meeting and tour.

“The increase in sales means the inventory of Luxury Homes in the Raleigh area has decreased,” said LHMG Vice-President Linda Craft. “We are also managing an increase in the executive rental marketplace, indicating how active the elite end of the marketplace has become. Our members have noticed a similar uptick in other home price-points.”

The group met at member Linda Kolarov’s listing at 1209 Enderbury, in Faircroft. The August tour included Secretary Jill Rekuc’s listings at 4123 Gardenlake Drive and 4009 George V. Strong Wynd.

September’s LHMG meetings include a strategic planning session, where members will plan marketing and charity projects for 2013, and an additional, scheduled home tour for September due to marketplace demand.
