MCC Coach? Help is at Hand

The Edge Virtual Assistance celebrates its first successful year of operation and welcomes its second year with a fresh new look, a fresh focus on MCC Coaches and new headquarters.

Austin, TX, July 05, 2007 --(PR.com)-- In July 2006 Ros Null, hung out her shingle and introduced her business, The Edge Virtual Assistance, to the world through her website www.the-edge-va.com. She hoped to revolutionize the way small film production companies handled their administration. These hopes were soon dashed when Null realized that competition in this field was fierce, “With thousands of students leaving film school each year desperate to get their foot in the door of the film industry and willing to work for very little while they wait for an ‘in’, I realized that this was going to be a tough niche to crack”, says Null.

Happily other small business owners and solopreneurs happened upon her site and signed on with The Edge shortly after opening. Impressed by Null’s skills and experience these clients spread the word among their friends and colleagues and soon The Edge was a bustling practice with clients in all areas of business, ranging from life coaches, to wardrobe consultants, training consultants, even singles clubs.

By February of 2007 Null realized that she most enjoyed working with her coach clients. “Coaches work wonderfully with Virtual Assistants,” says Null, “They are excellent communicators, tech savvy and familiar with working remotely.”

It was this realization and the fact that she had a number of coaches on her books that caused Null to consider specializing as a VA to the coaching field. “Two of my coach clients were awarded the credential of Master Certified Coach, (MCC), a top honor awarded by the ICF. I was so proud.” She immediately set about planning a re-launch to celebrate this new focus.

In August The Edge Virtual Assistance will welcome its second year and celebrate this new niche with a fresh new look, a new website and new headquarters with Null’s relocation to Austin, TX. “I have a feeling that the best is yet to come,” says Null, “I look forward to welcoming new coach clients on board and showing them the many ways in which a VA can assist them in attaining their goals.”
