)-- Breakthrough Sushi, the only company specializing in team building sushi class and sushi tasting event is now also the only team building using all sustainable fish.
"In fact, we have been sustainable since early 2012," Kaz Matsune, the owner of Breakthrough Sushi says.
"It was rather natural choice for us to use organic ingredients simply because they tasted better than most conventional ingredients. Since we are always interested in providing what we feel tastes the best, we naturally preferred such fish as wild salmon from Alaska and environmentally friendly farm raised Kona Kanpachi," according to Matsune.
"We decided to inform our clients because one of our recent clients requested all sustainable ingredients and we replied by mentioning them that we have being sustainable for a while. We also have been handing out seafood watch guide by Monterey Bay Aquarium."
Matsune says that his company Breakthrough Sushi will continue to look for new sustainable and alternative ingredients.
