The magazine continues to be not only a useful source for coaches but also to HR personnel, managers, professionals and even those willing to learn and study any aspect of self-development.

Currently, ICN has positions available for those who are eager to be columnists, journalists, regular contributors and even to advertising sales agencies. ICN works with journalists or writers—staffers and freelancers alike—who have written for newspapers or magazine editors and who have demonstrated basic reporting, technical writing, and writing skills, including the ability to identify the most important elements of an article, acknowledging sources and people, and most especially coaching.

The minimum qualifications that ICN require would include a background in life and business coaching and expertise in his/her own field of coaching and/or the issue’s current theme (Business and Executive Coaching). The qualifications also involve experience in writing for newspapers, magazines, blogs, or basic reporting; experience in form feature writing and Profile or Interview-based writing.

The vacant positions available for interested individuals are for:

Columnists, writers who are part of the regular writing team and have shown that they have a substantial footprint in the world of coaching and are well recognized for their expertise within this field. They write a regular column on a given or specific area or niche of Coaching/Management or Leadership;
Journalists, writers who are part of the regular team and have been chosen to represent the this prestigious publication in many areas of the world and being an ICN Journalist is a highly responsible position; and
Contributors, writers or coaches or managers who would submit individual articles but are not actually part of the regular team.

ICN also has available positions for advertising sales agencies who can represent the company, its goals and achievements, and everything related to ICN to promote coaching and raise profiles of coaches, managers, professionals and coaching schools/companies.

The online form should be filled out together with the article/s, writer’s biography and CV. Applications and articles will be accepted until the 15th of October 2012.
