)-- Members of the Raleigh-based Luxury Home Marketing Group set aside September for continuing-education and an additional, unscheduled, homes tour. September is traditionally the group’s annual retreat; however, an increase in marketplace interest in elite homes prompted the scheduling of a tour.
“Our group’s strength is pooling the sum of the knowledge and connections of our members, on behalf of our clients,” said LHMG Vice-President Linda Craft. “We are actively working on increasing our marketing, via a newly-designed website, increased social media activity and on-going education. Our annual retreat gives us a chance to turn off the smartphones, disconnect from the internet and really trade knowledge.”
Group members also formally adopted the organization’s mission statement to reflect their group strengths and focus: A coalition of real estate leaders sharing their knowledge and marketing expertise with their clients and each other.
This month’s additional activity included a tour of properties in Belmont Ridge and Wakefield.
