Germain Motor, Co. Operates as the New Owner of Howard Cooper Import Center Dealerships
The Germain Motor, Co. has just begun operations with their recently acquired VW, Honda, Porsche, and Audi dealerships in Ann Arbor, MI. The Columbus-based family owned dealership group is proud to expand their business into a new market.
Ann Arbor, MI, September 29, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Back in April, it was announced Germain Motor, Co. would be acquiring Howard Cooper Import Center of Ann Arbor, MI. Germain is now officially running the businesses of the four brands after approval from the manufacturers. Included brands in the Howard Cooper Import Center are Volkswagen, Honda, Porsche, and Audi.
The four Ann Arbor dealerships have recently transitioned names. The former Howard Cooper dealerships are now Germain Honda of Ann Arbor, Volkswagen of Ann Arbor, Porsche of Ann Arbor, and Audi of Ann Arbor. In addition to new dealership names, the Germain dealerships have new website addresses.

Warren Germain founded Germain Motor, Co. in 1947, which is now run by grandson Stephen Germain. Germain now operates the Ann Arbor dealerships in addition to dealerships in Columbus, OH; Easton, OH; Sarasota, FL; and Naples, FL.
The addition of the Howard Cooper dealerships to the Germain Motor, Co. portfolio brings their dealership count up to 15, including 11 different makes. Though entering a new market in Ann Arbor, MI, Germain has affiliation to the area through his daughter Jessica, who went to school at the University of Michigan. Jessica will help run the new Ann Arbor dealerships.
