inSHAPE Fitness Presents Muscle Maintenance Spreaker Fitness Show

Muscle Maintenance; sister show to The inSHAPE Fitness Show, boosts metabolism, builds energy, and works all major muscle groups in less than 15 minutes.

New York, NY, September 29, 2012 --(PR.com)-- inSHAPE Fitness, the leader in gym-free fitness launches a sister podcast show to the inSHAPE Fitness Show titled, Muscle Maintenance. Muscle Maintenance by inSHAPE Fitness is a 10-15 minute daily fitness routine. Preferably preformed as clients start their day, it begins easy on Monday and gradually increases in intensity as the work week progresses.

Kim Watkins, owner and head trainer of inSHAPE Fitness is the voice behind Muscle Maintenance, helping people across the globe fall into a healthy lifestyle without having to go to the gym. She explains why inSHAPE added a shorter, daily version of the show; “Fans of the popular inSHAPE Fitness Show wanted something more! They wanted more shows, and more workouts, but that did not seem enough for us. We decided to create was a weekly show that maintained a common programming thread but gradually increased in intensity as the work week progressed.”

“inSHAPE's philosophy of using the body as primary weight, starting slowly, and developing rhythm once you have learned proper form has changed my perspective on exercise. Kim has shown me that real success comes from simple moves, made more challenging with slight shifts in foot position, speed, and other factors that render the gym virtually useless,” explains inSHAPE Fitness client, Rebecca.

“inSHAPE's 15-minute sessions are perfect! Kim's instruction is concise, and I do the routine in my living room,” says Anna, inSHAPE Fitness client. Each session requires no equipment; participants are encouraged to perform routine in their bare feet, and after a short warm up, Kim guides listeners through two sets of six 30-second exercises.

Body weight coupled with the right programming, controlled pacing and precision of movement is all that is needed for a great workout. “It's like the NY Times Crossword Puzzle, and we are thrilled to offer it for free to our fans of Spreaker, iTunes, and the inSHAPE Fitness website,” confirms Watkins.
