SMEI Vietnam – a Training Partner of Vietnam Brewery Limited
The representative of Sales and Marketing Executives International in Vietnam, established with a mission to bring international standards in Sales and Marketing practices to Vietnam, has been selected by VBL – the local manufacturer and distributor of Heineken, Tiger, Foster, etc. as the new training partner in distributor development and sales performance management.
The first training program co-organized by VBL and SMEI Vietnam was called “Advanced skills in business analysis and consultancy”, catered to VBL’s Distributor Development Team, equipping distributor development supervisors' essential know-hows in building relationship and consulting distributors, and outlets of VBL to carry out strategic business plans. VBL’s trainees have brought into the classroom professionalism, energy and enthusiasm that made the 2-day training a positive experience for both parties.
SMEI Vietnam and VBL’s training department then closely collaborated to develop the training content for “Managing for sales performance”, an advanced sales management training course, targeted sales supervisors in four different regions, and covering sales leadership, sales report analysis, cost management, and methods for performance management. Run 1 and run 2 have been delivered successfully. SMEI Vietnam’s learner-oriented approach and quality assurance procedures are making sure the training effectiveness remains consistent for all regions. SMEI Vietnam appreciates the timely feedbacks and suggestions from VBL, which helped keep their trainers on track and offer the most benefits possible for participants.
Overall, the VBL in-house training project has been absolutely fun to work on. SMEI Vietnam looks forward to meeting new batch of trainees and sharing more memorable experiences.
