Customer Effective Experts Contribute to Newly Published CRM Field Guide

Microsoft CRM MVPs Lindstrom and Sewell Develop Several Chapters for Book.

Greenville, SC, October 05, 2012 --( Microsoft CRM MVPs Joel Lindstrom and Scott Sewell, consultants with Customer Effective, developed significant content for the recently published book entitled The CRM Field Guide: How to CRM like an MVP with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Lindstrom and Sewell are long-standing Microsoft MVPs and widely recognized as experts within the Microsoft CRM community. A Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) freely shares their deep knowledge and real-world experience by making exceptional contributions to technical communities.

The CRM Field Guide contains insights from many CRM MVP contributors and is intended to be a book you pick up over and over again while using Microsoft CRM. This book not only tells you how to use Dynamics CRM, it also provides an overview of best practices gained from the combined experience of many of the best minds in the CRM community. Lindstrom and Sewell combined their efforts to write five of the book’s twenty five chapters.

One of the most rewarding things about being part of the MVP group is interacting with other people who are very bright and very good at what they do, but are also genuinely interested in helping others become more successful with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. I think that this spirit really comes through in the content of The CRM Field Guide.”
