MedcomSoft Continues to Achieve Strong Growth in Sales

Atlanta, GA, July 11, 2007 --(PR.com)-- MedcomSoft Inc. (TSX-MSF), a provider of the next generation of interoperable electronic health records (EHR), today announced that quarterly sales of MedcomSoft Record licenses continue to surpass fiscal 2006 levels as the Company experiences sales growth across the country and among numerous specialties. License sales in the quarter ended June 30, 2007 (MedcomSoft’s fourth fiscal quarter) exceeded license sales for all of fiscal 2006, and also exceeded aggregate license sales for the first three quarters of fiscal 2007.

For the quarter ended June 30, 2007, MedcomSoft Record has been acquired by practices or organizations located in Florida, California, Texas, New York, Georgia, Missouri, Washington, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania in various specialties, including family practice, pediatrics, OB/GYN, gastroenterology, ENT, cardiology, internal medicine, nephrology, plastic surgery and neurology.

Included within the groups that have acquired MedcomSoft Record are previously announced transactions, such as the purchases by the University of Central Missouri and Independent Physicians Network, Inc. Also included is the purchase of MedcomSoft Record by Community Advanced Practice Nurses, Inc. (CAPN). CAPN, with six locations across Atlanta, , provides free physical, mental and preventive health care to homeless and medically underserved individuals and families in Metropolitan Atlanta. The mission of CAPN is to strengthen the lives of people who are medically underserved; and they believe that healthy independence is promoted through health care delivered with acceptance, compassion, and sensitivity to an individual’s life circumstances.
