Fear City’s Zombies Support MS at 2012 Bank of America Chicago Marathon

To show support the Greater Illinois Chapter of the National MS Society, a number of volunteers from Fear City and Hades Haunted House were up at 5am getting into makeup and costumes to be along the route of the 2012 Bank of America Chicago Marathon at Mile Marker 14 along side the volunteers and staff from MS.

Chicago, IL, October 11, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Fear City and Hades Haunted House are doing something beyond scaring people this Halloween season by helping the National MS Society, Greater Illinois Chapter fundraise for a world free of MS. During the running of the Chicago Marathon 2012 which the Society also titled “Race to Stop MS 2012” actors and backstage staff from both haunts were along the course to help increase the visibility and share the message about the efforts of MS Greater Illinois that day.

Attending the race this year was the crew from Fear City and Hades who also wanted to highlight a special night coming up on Thursday, October 11, 2012 called “10-11-12” which is a special performance night open to the public where proceeds will go to help MS. Tickets to Fear City and Hades Haunted House are on sale now and can be purchased online by visiting www.fearcitychicago.com. Prices are $25 per haunted attraction or $35 for a ticket to both haunts on the same visit. There is a $10 VIP Fast Pass option, which allows rush entry and is free to those showing a valid US Military ID. Fear City is ADA accessible, 100 percent indoors (including the waiting area) and parking is free. Hours of operation are 7:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 7:30 p.m. to midnight Friday and Saturday. A portion of all ticket sales from both Fear City and Hades will benefit the National MS Society of Greater Illinois.
