Madison Gym Launches 5-Week Lunchtime Fitness Challenge

Structured program provides solution for men and women who don't have time to exercise before or after their workday.

Madison, WI, October 12, 2012 --(PR.com)-- The Back to Fit Transformation Challenge is perfect for men and women on a workday schedule. Challengers can achieve physical and fitness change by attending as many mid-day 45-minute classes as possible between October 13 and November 17.

Back to Fit is a 45-minute strength and conditioning class for men and women at any fitness level who have limited time for a total body gym workout. Baseline testing in both physical and fitness markers will be done at the beginning and end of the Challenge to track progress and show that changes can be achieved in a short time frame.

The Transformation Challenge provides support and motivation to jump-start progress towards health and fitness goals. People who do not see immediate results often drop out of fitness programs within the first few months. Back to Fit increases sustainability by combining workouts with goal-setting guidelines, weekly tips about nutrition, meal planning and workout recovery, check-in phone call and access to the online wellness support group forum. Prizes and recognition will be awarded to both male and female participants in multiple categories.
