New Loyalty Rewards Program at Town Square Las Vegas Gives Perks to People Who Shop
Town Square Las Vegas Launches Mall Loyalty Rewards Program
Las Vegas, NV, October 30, 2012 --(PR.com)-- The Inner Square Rewards Card accumulates points for every dollar spent.
Town Square Las Vegas has a new loyalty rewards program that will give shoppers the chance to rack up points for prizes. While rewards cards and programs are commonplace in hotel-casinos, the Inner Square rewards program at Town Square is unique to a mall in Las Vegas, according to Jaimesen Mapes, marketing director for Town Square Las Vegas.
“Many of the retail loyalty cards you find are specific to a particular store or restaurant, but this one works at the entire shopping center,” Mapes said. “We want everyone who is shopping or dining at Town Square to benefit from this program. It has been in development for more than two years, and we’ll roll it out in various phases.”
Guests can sign up on for their card by going to http://www.mytownsquarelasvegas.com/rewards or by visiting the Concierge at the shopping center. Shoppers will receive 100 points just for signing up, and continuing to earn points is easy. Simply shop or dine at Town Square and present your receipts to the Concierge who will add them to your rewards card. Three points are earned for every dollar spent, and the prizes are broken down based on the number of points. Once shoppers reach the point amount they are striving for, they can claim their prize at Concierge.
Phase two will roll out by the end of the year and guests will be awarded points for attending Town Square events. Simply check in at the Concierge upon arrival and the loyalty program will tally the points earned for every event attended. The program is designed to differentiate between event points and shopping points and grant different prizes based on each category. Prizes earned for event points might include VIP access to various events, VIP seating at movies, free photos with Santa during the holidays, first in line at signature events and more.
Phase three will offer Town Square tenants the opportunity to piggy back on this card by assigning a dollar amount to be used only at that store when the final phase is launched in 2013.
The Inner Square Rewards program was developed by PixelGlue Marketing, a boutique marketing agency that created this unique program to offer Town Square a new way to understand its customers and enhance their shopping experience.
According to Manish Mehta, owner of PixelGlue Marketing, this rewards program is a giant step in bridging the gap between the customer and the mall. “One of the challenges shopping centers have today is the lack of tools to better understand their customers and improve their customer experience,” Mehta said. “This program offers a way for them to gain insight that can lead to actionable objectives. It’s a win-win situation for the center and its customers.”
Shoppers receive additional perks from being a member of the Inner Square including extra points on their birthday, exclusive offers, sale information and more. Inner Square Rewards cards must be picked up in person by the registered card holder at the Town Square Concierge, and cards are not transferrable. A photo ID is required to pick up your card, even if you have registered online.
