Senior Staff at Creative Technology Industries on the Design Panel at The MART at Boston Fashion Week

Boston, MA, November 10, 2012 --(PR.com)-- The Mart at Boston Fashion week took place over the course of three days, from October 3 to October 6 – with a Made in Massachusetts Form on October 4. This forum was an all-day event, with panel discussions from industry professionals. The day began with the Designing panel, and followed with the Starting Up, Manufacturing, Branding, and Retailing Panels sharing their valuable industry experience at the Revere Hotel in Boston, MA.

As an industry leader in product design, packaging, web development, and the link between design and manufacturing, CTI has been developing products and helping customers launch them into the market since 2005 – lately, focusing on soft goods and the textile industry.

The experienced, multi-functional staff at CTI understands the entire process of launching a new product or business idea, and offers solutions to the many challenges within product design & development, as well as manufacturing, marketing, and intellectual property protection. Due to their involvement in soft goods design for manufacturing, Celina Cruz and Conrad Traut of Creative Technology Industries were invited to sit on the Designing panel during the Made in Massachusetts Forum. The focus of the Mart was to encourage the strengthening of the textile industry in Massachusetts, and to allow companies to connect and work together to mutually support each other, and other local businesses.

Celina’s superior technical skills in drawing, sculpture and modeling extend to problem solving, and creativity. This visual intelligence has allowed her to envision not only new ideation of products, but also new services for businesses. A whole-systems thinking approach from broad corporate, commercial, and promotional perspectives.

Throughout Mr. Traut's career he has been heavily involved with both design and manufacturing. He has successfully developed global relationships and strategies that optimize and streamline the development process. Mr. Traut founded Creative Technology Industries to craft an environment where the strength of intelligent design and the expertise of world-wide manufacturing can be brought together uniformly.

The experience they were able to share, along with the information they were able to absorb, made the Mart a valuable experience for everyone involved, and left CTI with some fantastic new connections in the soft goods and fashion world.
