)-- Timeshare and fractional companies planning to enter the Perspective Magazine Awards Program, sponsored by Holiday Systems International, only have until the end of next week, December 15th, to submit their entries and become part of the most comprehensive, global awards program of its kind in the industry. Winners will be announced at the conclusion of the Global Networking Expo, GNEX 2013 – The Global Meeting of Minds, in Beverly Hills, California.
After the close of nominations, entries will be posted on the GNEX 2013 conference website at http://perspectivemagazine.com/awards/ and online voting will begin during the first week of January, 2013. Once the nominations go live online, an announcement will be made through the Perspective Magazine website and social media platforms. Industry professionals intending to vote and who have not yet created an account on the Perspective Magazine website will then be asked to register to maintain the credibility and accountability of the process. Once registered, voters can review the nominations and vote for their favorite company or individual.
Voting will take place for three weeks in January, with online votes to be combined with the decisions of a select panel of judges to determine the winners. Those winners will be announced the evening of February 6th during a Hollywood-styled Formal Gala dinner to conclude GNEX 2013.
Categories will include the always desirable awards of “Best Timeshare Resort” and “Best Fractional Resort,” with additional classifications covering areas such as management companies, legal services, financial services, design and media awards. New categories have been added such as a “Best Membership Program” category and “Best Strategic Partnership” to recognize collaboration within the industry. Individual awards are open for sales and marketing professionals, entrepreneurs and the “Best Industry Leader.”
GNEX 2013, scheduled for February 3 -6, 2013 at the fabulous Beverly Wilshire – A Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills, California, will discuss the industry from a global viewpoint as executives gather from six continents for the first industry event of the year to create business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships. Innovative networking events will be combined with interactive panel sessions to initiate open, and sometimes controversial, discussion on the state of the vacation ownership industry. A networking lounge will be available to give attendees valuable opportunities to conduct business and delegates will also have access to all four nightly social events included in their registration, including the Perspective Magazine Awards Gala dinner.
